The TCR-290 Time Code Reader displays IRIG B, IRIG CS-3, KSC/MILA and IRIG CS-5 time/countdown codes on a large easy to read 2.24" high LED display. Continous segments with filled corners give a very attractive display.
In the IRIG B mode, the days, hours, minutes and seconds are displayed. In the IRIG CS-3, KSC/MILA and IRIG CS-5 mode, the first days digit either remains blank for a positive time or displays a minus sign for negative time. The remaining two days digits display the hundreds and tens of days. The remaining display the hours, mintues and seconds.
The unit incorporates automatic gain control to allow a wide range of input signal levels and error bypassing to allow corrupted frames to be tolerated without upsetting the display. The display is automatically blanked when the input level drops below .5Vp-p. All of the integrated circuits are socketed including the LED digits using high quality sockets.
The unit is housed in a rugged, attractive aluminum enclosure. The unit is covered by our one year warranty.
